1. What kind of accessories does Charmify By Yasha sell?

Charmify By Yasha specializes in selling exquisite handmade accessories that effortlessly enhance the look of shoes, hair accessories, and related items. Our products are crafted with precision and offer a unique blend of style and elegance. We also have handmade resin earrings which give it a beautiful yet elegant look. 

2. Can I return or exchange a product?

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the order when received has any damaged product(s). All sales are final. If a product arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please provide the order number, photos of the damaged product, a photo of the shipping box, and a screenshot of the order confirmation email. The replacement or return in such a case shall be at the discretion of "Charmify By Yasha".

3. Can I exchange an item?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team at charmifybyyasha@gmail.com or call us +91-8817719393.

4. Can I return earrings?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings that have been worn or removed from their original packaging unless they are defective or damaged.

5. How long does shipping take?

Once you place an order, we start processing it immediately within 24 hours. You will receive a shipment confirmation within 1-3 business days. Shipping takes 2-5 days depending on your location. Please ensure that you enter your address carefully as we cannot make changes once you have confirmed the order. Charmify is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
